Boris Shagalov

Boris Shagalov is floLIVE’s Co-founder and Vice president of R&D and Software Delivery. Boris was a co-owner of BD Innovations for more than 10 years, developing and marketing end-to-end business management software for service providers across industries. BD Innovations merged with floLIVE in 2020. Prior to founding BD Innovations, Boris worked for Amdocs and Elbit. A creative thinker, he is adept at blending holistic connectivity with cutting edge modular BSS capabilities.  Boris holds a BSc in Management from the Open University.
